So as of like 3 days ago, I have decided to cut back on smoking and eventually quit. It is going rather well actually as I haven't smoked more than 8 cigarettes a day since. I am proud of myself. I don't think that it will be too hard to quit, it's just I like having something to do with my hands I guess ...that's more of a habit than the actual nicotine.

Things with Bryan and I are also going splendidly. However we are trying to find a new apartment and things haven't been working in our favor. Our schedules are crazy so it is hard top find the time to go see an apartment in the first place. Secondly, we don't have the best of credit, but now-a-days we do have pretty good income. And as of about 2 days ago we discovered that we have to find somewhere that doesn't do background checks because we paid $100 application fee the other day just to get rejected because of Bryan's recent criminal background. Yes... apparently discriminate against felons now. Damn...

I have also discovered that Bryan & I have to worst of luck with cars. The Buick not only is leaking anti-freeze, has a broken head gasket, and a hole in the intake something or other, but now the transmission decided it wants to start giving us problems as well. And Bryan's van is still useless because it won't pass emissions because of a whole list of problems it has ...therefore we can't go get new stickers on the damn thing so we can drive it. Ugh ...vehicles are evil!

Well now that I look at the time, I need to start getting ready for work for another wonderful day at Walgreens.
